In view of COVID-19, what precautions are taken at the clinic?

MyDentalPlan Healthcare thrives on ensuring that you get the best of price, quality and hygiene. This is why the dentists empanelled with us follow all COVID-19 related precautions and measures like wearing PPE kits, sanitizing the clinic after every patient, monitoring symptoms in not only the patients but also in their staff members, etc. Along with that, the dentists might also ask you for a COVID-19 test to ensure zero contamination.

What’s more exciting is that you do not have to be a MyDentalPlan empanelled dentist to be able to use the Clinic Management Software.

How can I redeem a MyDentalPlan voucher?

The treatment voucher will be automatically redeemed when you pay using our mobile app. In case of special vouchers won during an event, you can call us on 1800 102 7526 to speak with one of our representatives.

What are the terms and conditions to redeem any dental voucher?

The treatment voucher worth INR 5000 can be used as follows,

No, no plans, packages or vouchers are transferable.

Q1. Who can open a MDP Wallet?

A1. MyDentalPlan plan member is automatically entitled to MDP wallet. MDP wallet is automatically created on select plan purchase.

Q2. How can I utilise the wallet value?

A2. 10% of the total wallet balance can be utilised to pay for treatment cost. All the calculations are auto-implemented.

Q3. How does my wallet get recharged?

A3. Wallet automatically gets recharged on the plan purchase and further gets updated with amount equivalent to the treatment cost.

Q4. How does the wallet amount gets added to the treatment bill?

A4. Wallet amount can be utilised only when the treatment cost is paid through MyDentalPlan online payment channel.
